Are there any quick and easy ways to charge up a drained out battery (the battery on the bottom of the laptop) without having to get a new one?

Thanks.

@NateAnimates,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to fix a drained battery.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • What is the exact issue you are facing with the battery?
  • Are you getting less backup?

Meanwhile, the best way to charge the battery is to connect the charger and charge it 100% and then calibrate the battery.

Follow the steps in the below article to calibrate the battery.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
