Product: Hp touchsmart laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Got a no touch smart laptop with windows 10 from a pawn shop today. my daughter put a password on it and forgot it shortly afterwords. I've tried the f11 reset and recovery both with errors one being a missing partition and the other a file couldn't be changed so recovery was discontinued. Please help.

Is it a Power-on password or a Windows Login password???

When asked for the password, just hit enter 3 times.
