Get information about warranty

Hello sir , my brother's in law purchase laptop for me. Model no. Dk0093au... because in my city this model no. was not available due to lockdown (covid 19) , on the bill my brother's in law name is mention and  my  brother's in law brother registered hp account on his name in my laptop ...i am a student and studied in class 10.. can i get student warranty offer ....please reply and guide me. What can i do now to get this offer. Thanks in advance

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support with the original invoice copy and they will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
