HP Recommended
Product: HP Elitepad 1000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Elitepad 1000 and I got a HP Active I bought separately. The pen use to work fine and now it's not. I've changed all the batteries, etc but had no success. The button on the back works and get me to OneNote, but the pen tip is not getting recognised by the tablet. Can't seem to write anything with it. Any help would be very appreciated.
