HP ENVY - BLUE VERTICAL LINES RIGHT AFTER HP LOGO

WHEN I START MY LAPTOP, RIGHT AFTER THE HP LOGO THERE WILL BE THIN VERTICAL BLUE LINES ON THE MONITOR FOR A SHORT TIME. COULD THIS BE A PROBLEM I SHOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT?
