Product: HP Elite x3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Elite x3 which is unlocked and using H2O wireless SIM. Last evening April 11, it shut down, when restarting it shows the HP logo once then goes into spinning gears for ~8 seconds, then shows a sad face, then shuts down. OS upgrade gone wrong? Has anyone else seem the problem? Cannot hard reset using volume down key (just loops showing HP logo then rebooting after about 15 seconds)...
