Android 9.0 Pie

Up until about 12 days ago, I was able to print from my Android phone, now I cannot.  What's happening?

Are you getting any error message while printing from smart app?

 

Meanwhile:

 Uninstall and reinstall the HP smart app and check if that prints fine.

Which one of these two apps is the correct one for my HP6700 Office Jet?  Is the blue one just an updated version of the white one that I've had on my phone for a couple of years. Is the HP6700 still supported in either of these apps?  

I was able to print again after receiving some updates this morning but it doesn't explain why I lost printing capability for over a week.
