HP Orbit Pairs OK, But No Transfer

HP Recommended
Desktop 750-435st
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Orbit on my desktop and my Android 8.0 Galaxy S8+. It used to work, but now even though the devices show "paired" with each other, transfers do not work.

This might have started after rececent Android upgrades, including going from Android 7 to 8. I am not sure.

I can select files on my phone and send them. They show "sent" on the phone, but never show up on the Orbit canvas on the PC.

I looked at the Orbit program log, and this is what it says:

08-06-18 01:22:49 7056(32080) ERROR - BusObjectCanvas::doSyncBlacklist - Failed while processing blacklist
08-06-18 12:23:34 7056(29428) ERROR - BusObjectCanvas::doPingAsyncCB - Success from Coffee doPing

Sorry, but these are not the problem. My phone and pc pair, but when I send the sending device shows Sent, but the paired receiver never receives anything.
Please check errors shown in log I included with post to see if that helps.
