@CoryGlover

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

I understand you the HP Pavilion x2 isn't powering on anymore,

I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

Did you perform a power drain or hard reset as it seems to have helped many in the previous posts?

In the meantime, please try with an alternate power adapter & an alternate wall outlet,
let me know how that pans out, so that we may identify the issue and provide a solution.

Eager to help!

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accepted Solution.

And click on the Purple Thumbs up icon at the bottom of my comment.

Thank you, I actually fix computers as well. Was just going to recommend doing a BOIS, by pressing the window key and B on the key board and pressing power on button for a second till vibrates this reboots everything and the screen will come back on as long as it's not a wiring problem etc.

For me ....forget it ..... I tossed that POS tablet thing wanna-be and I'll stick with Asus from now on.

HP's is nothing but crap now and has been, since they finished up the old 4 and 5 LaserJet's series years ago!!

Since then crap and lousy VAR vendor support.

Cheers'

I resolved the issue by reseating the battery.

Removed the glass, which is easy with the right tools, removed the battery cable from the board, plugged it back in.

Resolved.
