Hello

I have a HP Pavilion X2 Detachable and am having the typical connection issues with it where the Keyboad disconnects frequently and sometimes needs support to operate.

I brought this back under warranty three times for the same issue but all three times was told it was a "loose connection".

This kept going until one time the connection went loose when the repair warranty had expired.

(Don't Trust PC World)

Now its out of warranty and I have a poor connection.  Surely there is a common repair for this unit now.  I've opened it to try to find this "loose connection" but cannot find where this is.

Can anyone help?  Where are the typical failure points and what do I need to do to get this working again?

Thank you

Alan

@deadlyBuzz,

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

Flower_Bud is at your service.

As I understand, the keyboard has a loose connection and keeps disconnecting.

I would suggest you contact our phone support.

If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.
