I have a HP Pavilion x2 detachable tablet/laptop that I love working from. This week however, the auto-rotate has stopped working. The quick access tile on the right of the screen is greyed out so I can't turn it on or off.
The product number for my computer is P7F5PA#AGB
Any help you could offer would be fabulous!
Unfortunately the HP website is having trouble bringing up info for your model (and some others), so I cannot pull up info at the moment.
Did this happen after a Windows update?
Also, the Rotation Lock tile in Windows 10 will be greyed out while the keyboard dock is connected.
Is it staying locked after the keyboard dock is disconnected?
OK the drivers page is up now.
It shows that model was pre-installed with Windows 8.1.
I assume you upgraded to Windows 10.
So I will also ask if the tablet fully updated?
