Pavilion 360 14m-Ba0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my hp pavilion 360 in September, 2017. Along with it I purchased a Wacom Bamboo Ink active stylus (as was suggested by the salesman at Best Buy). It worked great for a few months and then stopped pairing with my pavilion. Basically the pen wouldn't finish a letter or would randomly draw a line on the other side of the screen. I replaced the stylus with a new one (same type) and the same thing happened again.

I recently purchased the hp pen (microsoft) which is the suggested pen on the hp compatibility website. I cannot get it to work with my laptop. It is doing the same thing the other pen did. The writing is not complete and will randomly jump to the other side of the screen. Sometimes it will scroll the page but will not write. I am very frustrated with trying to find a pen that will work with my laptop as I use it for taking notes in school. I mostly use microsoft one-note and other office programs with the pen.

I have updated my laptop software and all drivers. Is there anything else I can do that will make this hp pen work with my laptop?
