Product: HP Prime Android App
Operating System: Android 8.0 - 8.1 Oreo

The HP Prime app bought and installed from the Google Playstore keeps on resetting on both my Samsung S8 phone and Samsung Tab 3. The resetting seems random. I can work in it for an hour and the next time I go into the app all the data I previously entered for analysis is gone. Even entering data and saving it as a separate app does not work - the saved apps are also deleted.

 

This is incredibly frustrating for an app that costs so much.

 

Do you have any suggestions as to what could be causing the problem?
