HP Pro Slate 12 impossible to do recovery!

Can anyone help me?

My HP Pro Slate 12 doesn't work anymore.  It stuck at booting and I can't even shutdown the device.

I tried recovery but it doesn't accept the 3 recovery update.zip files that are available on the official site:

http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=7398650&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4153

All 3 update.zip files are more than a year old. My system was much newer.

The last downloadable file version is 2.04.07.

Mine (before it died) was something like 2.04.10. or maybe 2.04.12.

Where can I download the last update.zip file for HP Pro Slate 12?

The ones on the official website are totally useless. The system doesn't even let us install earlier packages.

Why didn't they include the last firmware on the website?

How should I use my device now if it's impossible to recover?

@Mike1127

HP recently reloaded their entire drivers library.  I now see version  2.04.11 is on their support site for your device.

Hopefully this will solve your issue!
