Product: HP Stream 7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I'm doing a Factory Reset of my HP Stream. It is now displaying a screen that expects a keyboard for input. The question is:
A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module)...
etc...
[Yes] [No]
My question is: On this touch device, how do I select [Yes]? This screen doesn't work with touch. I attached an external keyboard, but it doesn't seem to be recognized. There has to be a way to do this using the power and volume buttons. Any ideas?
