Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

The bluestacks program was deleted on my computer so I can't use it as a tablet. Can you help me reload?

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. 

 

I reviewed the case regarding issues with the computer. I will be delighted to assist you here.  

 

Follow this document which will lead you to a guided troubleshooter, which will provide you step by step instructions. By the end of the document I'm sure the issue would be resolved. 🙂  

 

Note: Performing a system recovery will take it back to the factory settings, please take a back up of the data, before trying it. 🙂

 

This should do the trick for you.Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue.
