HP USB-C docking station G3

HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My mouse keeps stop responding from time to time and the only way to fix it is to unplug and replug in the mouse. It only seems to be happening for the mouse. I have done the firmware update and all the other related updates. These docks are brand new right out of the box. Any one else run into this issue and come up with a fix. The throw another wrench in the mix the issue goes away after a month it has to be some kind of update/ configuration. Please help me out
