Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Ive been trying to pair my iphone with my laptop with HP orbit. However the phone keeps telling me there are no discoverable PCs. I have tried the advice in the FAQs "Both devices must be on the same wireless network. Make sure that both devices are on the same wireless network. If the problem persists, reboot both devices." but to no avail.

 

Has anyone any suggestions as to a solution?

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I would like to know whether the HP orbit app came pre-installed on your computer?
