Pavillion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Pavillion x360 2017 model shown in the video on the hp UK store site at the following www: http://store.hp.com/UKStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=1RL19EA&opt=ABU&sel=NTB

is the same model which I have purchased.

In the video it clearly shows the girl using the HP active stylus with app control model T5E12AA#ABL 

consequently this was the model of pen that I purchased, however the pen will not work so I have looked up at the follwing HP support site https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05166879   which shows that this pen DOES NOT work with this model of laptop. 

My question/issue is why is HP showing a video of a laptop working with a stylus pen that does not actually work with that laptop? this is disingenuous/ misleading / false advertising and very frustrating. 

I am now having to negotiate returning the non working pen for the model of stylus which actually does work with the HP x360 https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05166879  shows model J4R51AA#ABL is the one that works BUT HP would appear to have stopped selling this model!!! see http://store.hp.com/UKStore/Merch/Search.aspx?q=active%20stylus   the J4R5xx model is not available.

Am I correct in saying thatHP is selling 2017 models of the pavillion x360 that support an active pen but HP does not actually make/supply any pens that actually work with it? if so it is a disgraceful situation, I am not happy, I am one very very disappointed customer.

Thanks for the patch but hasn't made any difference, pen is still not working. Will have to return the pen and try to get a different model. Thanks for the help
