Buenas, tengo una HP slate 21 k 100,

Hace un dia se actualizo, lo apague  y al siguiente dia se quedo en el logo de inicio y se reinicia indifinidamente, trate de recuperarlo haciendo hard reset pero creo que esta dañado algo y sale error.

quisiera saber si tendra alguna solucion?

Hi,

 

A few days ago I updated some apps and the next day when I turned on the computer it stayed on the logo and restarts on its own.

I have tried to make HARD RESET cannot get an error type.
