HP spectre x2 not starting

HP Recommended
HP Spectre x2 - 12-a002tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi.

I have a strange and peculiar issue.

The laptop seems completely dead. Not starting. Not charging not , nothing. Have tried holding start button to force system reset.

No particular order of actions:
- was reading PDF.
- switched off ( not shutting down)
- reconnected to keyboard
- reconnected USB C cable
- would not restart....
No charge light when charger is connected.

Am posting this via mobile as I'm overseas and don't have PC access. Also can't contact HP support via website for some reason....

Can you post any alternative system recovery option other than start button to me?
Thanks
René

No. Battery is sealed. Can't remove. There is power but I can't test power supply as it's the only USB C device I have. The device doesn't charge at all. Charge light won't come on either...
The reset options listed in your link won't work.
Nothing else??
Thanks

And then.... All of a Surprise it starts charging again, and has restarted. Think a system update got the laptop stuck.... Frustrating...

Thanks anyway.

Hello, did you leave it plugged in and found it charging or you kept manipulating the charge point? I'm having the same issue
