HP x2 210 G2 - Keyboard issue

Hi!

I got the HPx2 210 G2 Detachable a few days ago, unfortunately the key for the "pointy" brackets next to "alt gr" doesn't function. No reaction, although the button looks just fine, so no outer damages... all the other keys on the keyboard are working properly.

Hardware or driver issue?

Hi,

I had the same problem.

The Keymapping is false. For the system is it the right alt gr key too.

You can solve this when you remap this key. For this I used the software SharpKeys.

Yeah I worked around this problem with SharpKeys as well. Although support told me this problem would be fixed with the new BIOS update which was supposed to come out "soon". This was half a year ago.
