HP10G2 tablet

Yesterday I powered off my HP10G2 tablet that was 90% charged. Today I tried to turn it on and the startup screen came up but then it went black and I’ve tried to hard reboot by holding the power button for 8 seconds  and hard reset it by holding the power and both volume buttons for 30 seconds but neither works. The menu screen doesn’t even come on. I’ve plugged it in but the charging screen with a battery doesn’t even come up. Please help. HP virtual assistant doesn’t have tablet options.

@Alexis_Outten Follow the step-by-step to help isolate the problem and find the most appropriate help.

NOTE:

Depending on the version of Android installed on your tablet, some of the images in this document may not match your tablet exactly.

Step 1: Charge the HP tablet battery

Charge the battery using the AC adaptor and charging cable that came with your tablet. Allow the battery to charge for 30 minutes or more, and then attempt to turn on the tablet again.

NOTE:

Using an incorrect AC adaptor can cause damage to the battery and user, as well as other issues.
