Hi can I replace my hard drive on my device? It only has 32 GB (28 when it was bought, was taken) . This really slows down my laptop. Also if yes, can you tell me the model of the hard drive I need?

Hi @BlankieBoo

Welcome to HP Forums,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand, you wish to upgrade the Hard Drive on your notebook.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I would require the exact product number of your notebook. To find product number, please refer to the link

Let me know!
