Hi

I'm having problems logging into my laptop since I have changed my email password.

Contacted staff who works for Windows advised me to reinstall my Windows and everything should be fine apart from losing all your data.

Also advised my to go to a local technology store to backup my data if I want them back. Which will obviously be costly.

So I am now trying to access my hardrive myself but I can't seem to get this one nailscrew to get off the bottom of my laptop. It's stuck halfway.
