Good luck, and please let us know here how it works out for you.  We love knowing of current resources who can help solve people's problems with these older devices.

Hi and welcome to the HP Support Community.

HP no longer provides repair services for Palm OS devices to the best of my knowledge.  Your best bet is to contact a third-party vendor by the name of Chris Short.  He repairs Palm devices, and sells refurbished devices on ebay, and he has a good reputation.  You can contact him through his web site, and also see his repair and device offerings on eBay by searching for eBay user name itsnothere.

Hope this helps, please let us know how it goes.

And I forgot to ask, what issue are you having?  Maybe it's something we can help with here.

Thanks a  lot for your help. Hope this  will work. As of my palm  Px:  the charger's socket is brocken and needs  to be either replaced  or repaired. I do not  have an idea if this is possible. Will try to contact the person you suggested.
