Product: Palm T/X
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I currently have my Palm files on my Palm T/X, and my Windows Vista laptop. How can I Hot Sync my Palm T/X to my desktop; which, has Palm loaded onto it but cannot Hot Sync from my Palm handheld? How can I Hot Sync from T/X to Windows 10 desktop?

I just purchased the "Smart Friend" service for $108.00 and there is nowhere to go to access the service!
