The name of the folder to which my files download is my dads name instead of my own and it will not let me remane the folder. Why is that and how do I change it to my name? My PC and Microsoft account are both correct...

Hello @nadzipie

Are you asking about the main User Account folder? The path would be C:\Users\{your username here}.

That folder name reflects the name of the User Account when it was first created and cannot be changed.

There is a work around though...

Create another User Account with the name you want. Make sure it is an Administrative account.

Log into that account and transfer your files over from the original account.

Then delete the first account.

Hope that helps.
