Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp101na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recenly purchased a new HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp101na from HP directly. It arrived via courier and all is well. However, I purchased MS Office at the same time but there are no instructons or guide how to doenload/activate the MS Office software. How is this achived??

Hi,

 

If it does come with Microsoft Office, you'll find it by clicking the Start Menu, clicking All Programs and scroll down the list to see if you have a folder called microsoft office.

 

If it doesn't, you can download a 60 day free trial, Then activate it with the activation key provided during purchase.

 

If you dont have the key, Contact Hp.
