Hp Envy 5052

My printer keeps turning off by itself then turning back on again to say that it is downloading something. Everytime It does it doesn't finish downloading and says that to try again, Everytime it doesn't change. My network is securely connected, but it doesn't work. Please if you have a solution, send it to me. Thank you

@Ayllagamez,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is turned off automatically and unable to complete the firmware update.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article to update the printer firmware and check if it helps.
