Hp Pavilion x360 Convertable
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an hp pavilion x 360, and a hp pen that I planned on using but, my settings says that my pen is connected but a second later it says paired. Every time I press the button ontop of my pen it opens ink workspace but i tried to touch the screen with the pen and it doesn't draw.

I already bought to pens and it's waste of money since it doesn't work

Is their a way that I can fix this?, because I dont want to buy anything else

I found six models of "Pavilion x360" listed in the compatiblility document:

HP PCs - Touchscreen Compatibility with Pen and Stylus

The supported computer models are in the first column.

If there is a supported Pen for that model, the column is marked with an X.

See the appropriate column at the top of the chart for supported Pen / Stylus

x* - Computers that support the HP Pen can also support the HP Tilt Pen, but the tilt performance might not work on older computers. (Not tested.)
