I cannot connect to Netflix on my Slatebook 14 I keep getting an error message.

I have been unable to connect to Netflix for days now - I keep getting an error message saying ‘could not connect to Netflix‘. after troubleshooting with them for an hour on the phone, they said that it may be my device. I have used Netflix on my Slatebook for years and it suddenly refused to work. Can anybody help?
