My phone wont turn on at all now. I tried the power button/volume down button. I pressed on power button for a while and nothing. I was able to do a recovery on it and it worked good for a while until I got updates. Battery is good. What can I do? Has it become a fancy paper weight? It's very frustrating to have what was a great phone and now it's not working. Any help would be appreciated. I really like HP products but this one just makes me wander, what happened to HP?

I have given up on my phone. It wont even work with the wallet case. One day it was working perfect and the next day it was totally dead. It turned into a psycho phone from hell. I had to get a smaller free phone with... ugh...Android on it. Thank you HP for leaving me hanging and wasting my $350 + ( glad I didn't pay full price). I had to also purchase the Verizon Home Connect because of the unreliability of the HP Elite X3. Lesson learned though. HP can make great computers and printers, but they have no idea how to make a great smart phone, yet. C'mon HP, you can do it. I'm stuck with a cheap Android...grrrr.
