Product: Example: Pavilion g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I forgot my password to my laptop and I try to log in and it keep telling me not the right password so it tells me to reset password but it's telling me to use a disc but I don't have a disk to reset it so I put a USB and numb it's telling me to go to this wizard and push next and then is telling me that I need a disk drive which I don't have so now what else do I do can anyone please help me thank you
