Product: HP Envy 5000
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I have a document saved on my phone that I need to print; however I need it to print at 82% to print on letter size (8.5x11) paper for it to come out the exact size I need. Is there Any way to change the percent to print settings from my mobile device?
