Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
It was working fine last night but then I wake up to power it on and it had the logo and said “please wait” after that it was just a black screen with cursor. After an hour or so it says choose language for keyboard layout.
