Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The native API dll was not found (C:\Windows\system32\WinHvPlatform.dll) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).

VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

Hello, for the administrator password you can't unfortunately help you, you don't have this right on the Community. You need to contact your seller for know if it is possible to have this password. 

But the dll problem appears to be a Windows problem.. Do you have to reset the PC after buying?? 

 

For check Windows files you can enter "cmd" in your Windows search bar, and right clic in "command prompt" for execute in administrator. Enter this command and tell me result: 

sfc /scannow
