Product: HP 12C for iphone
Operating System: iOS
I bought HP 12c for Iphone, I made an up grade to IOS 11 then I lost the program. At Apple store the HP 12c is available but I should buy the program again that I totally disagree. Therefore as other developers provide I am asking for an up grade in the HP 12c program.

No. One of the fundamental features of the Apple Store is that once you have purchased it, you have purchased it, and can download it again, at any time.  Select "purchased apps".
