I suggested HP online website for buying laptop to one of my friend. The order got cancelled and she got a message that cash will be refunded within 7 working days. The amount was not refunded and when she emailed the customer support she is getting system generated replies. The laptop was ordered for her office work and last minute order got cancelled there by her work also got delayed, now there is delay in cash refund also. Please help me in rectify this issue as my reputation is lost by suggesting HP online purchase.
