Hello
I have a problem with my Ipaq rx 3715 when I lit a stick appeared blue and not load all stayed in the middle and then put was returning to stay well all night and the next day would not start or stay loaded and well and try and put in the reset button and still have told me that you do the hard reset but did not understand why the two buttons on the left and the right so I could not.
What could you do?

A hard reset will clear all programs and data.

To perform a hard reset -

1. Hold down the Mobile Media button (on the far left) and the iTask button.
2. Then press down the reset button with the styles for a few seconds until the screen goes dark.
3. To turn on your HP iPAQ after your hard reset, either press the reset button again, or plug it into an AC power source.
