Facts as follows:

1. Less options on sale in Microsoft Store

2. No support responses here on issues

3. No firmware updates in attempt to fix found errors

 

Should we finally contact HP support to refund non-functional product before warranty ends?

I would say, at the current point it is wise to recall a product.

 

Suffering from:

1. SD card disconnect (tray replaced)

2. Black screens

3. Accidental reboots
