Laptop will not display home network

HP Recommended
HP Stream 14
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop a few years back and it was working just fine, but a few months ago, it stopped displaying my home network. I tried everything, forgetting all networks, resetting the bios, and even resetting the whole PC. Other networks still display, but my home network does not. There have been no changes to the network and other devices can connect. Please help with any suggestions you have, I need this laptop to start my new job.

@Bgumbs Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the laptop will not display the home network.

What is the product number of your computer? (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..).

Here's a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others: Click here
I have a few steps to resolve the issue:

  • Since you've already reinstalled drivers, I would recommend using an Ethernet cable (Wired) and update your Wi-Fi drivers using this link

  • Update the bios by visiting this link or through support assistant using an Ethernet cable.

  • Now try to connect to the internet wireless.

The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:

Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
