Login password change for laptop without flash drive or cd

How do change laptop password without flash drive or cd? Can HP give a temporary password to login to the system and create a new password?

Are you referring to the computer ADMIN password?
if you're referring to the system Admin password, then it cannot be erased without reinstalling the Windows operating system.
