Mobile emails sent wont print
01-31-2020 01:26 PM

I can't get emails sent from my mobile device to print. I can use the same email on my laptop and it prints fine. I can even forward the email that didn't print to the printer and it works as long as I use the laptop. It just will not go through if the email is sent from my mobile.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Which phone do you have? Are you using the HP Smart App? If yes, please uninstall and reinstall the App and try again.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

I am using the samsung galaxy 8. When the printer is set up it shows that I can print something sent via email to the printer. I can send something to this printer email address from my laptop and it prints. However if I sent the email from my cell, it doesn't go through. Its the same email, just sent from different devices! I have the app but that doesn't help when I am sending something via email to be printed!

Try printing using ePrint and let me know if that helps
