My PC does not recognize my USB (smart watch)

My PC does not recognize my POLAR m400 watch when I pul it in.

@ernijs12 Does it recognize other devices on USB?

And does the smart watch get detected on other devices?

Please check and confirm the same.

 

Also, if the device works elsewhere and yet it doesn't on your Omen device: click here to troubleshoot.

Otherwise, please contact the smart watch manufacturer.
