@Hipp0

Welcome to HP Community

Check if you have any keys stuck on the Keyboard

Next boot up to BIOS and perform a BIOS Defaults

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.

  2. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.

  3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.

  4. Press F10 to Save and Exit.

  5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?

  6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.

Keep me posted how it goes

@Hipp0

Please run a System Test and let me know the outcome. Also let me know if the Notebook beeps during the Test

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests

Thank you

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.

I am the Echo_Lake  looks like you were interacting with @KrazyToad, but he is out of the office today, so I'll take over from here.

What happens when you start the computer? do you get a blank screen or windows login screen?

Have you tried a system factory reset?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
