Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp core i3 4 GB RAM processor is running too slow. It requires 7 mins to start the laptop, 2-3 mins to start any application, the browser takes 5 mins to begin. And even after the application has been opened then after short intervals the laptop just stops responding. Just to complete a 15 mins PowerPoint presentation it takes me 1.5 hours to finish it. This is very frustrating at times. I really need help. Please tell me what can be done. Waiting for the reply!
