My friend gave me an hp stream 7. The boot scream appears but I can’t swipe it open or access factory reset. He told me it was a fingerprint startup and tried everything. My factory reset won’t even rest what do I do

HP Recommended

Press the volume down button while powering up and it should enter the Startup Menu where you can press F11 for System Recovery to restore it from the recovery partition.
