Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I start my hp laptop, it’s really long to open main screen, once in the main screen I can’t click on something, everything is lagged and nothing want to open or work. I try to have the advanced boot option with the solution to click on f8 when my screen is opening, but it’s not working. I try the force way to close my laptop and when I open it again, it doesn’t work anyway. So  I really don’t know what to do, plz help me.

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I believe running a hardware diagnostics is a good way to start troubleshooting a slow PC, please use the steps below and run a hardware diagnostics:

1.) Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

2.) Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

3.) On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.

4.) Click Fast Test.

5.) Click Run once.

Let me know the test result.
