My laptop is not turning on from last 20 hours

HP Recommended
15-di2000TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop was not charge and I got notification to put charger twice when I put the laptop on charging laptop turned off and it is not turning.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "No Power" issue. 

 

Please try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start 

 

If the issue still persists,  I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
